All bookings require a deposit prepaid at time of booking. 14 days notice is the minimum cancellation requirement. If the appropriate notice is given then a full refund will be given, minus an administration fee of $50.00, which will be deducted from the original deposit.

If less than 14 days notice is given there will be NO REFUND given.

 

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS:

Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival require full payment to be made to secure a booking. Cancellation will result in NO REFUND being given.

 

EARLY DEPARTURES:

There will be NO REFUND given to guests that elect to depart early.

There will be NO REFUND given to guests that arrive later than their expected planned arrival date.
